Tixophalte Wet
Bituminous adhesive and sealant
Tixophalte Wet is a professional bituminous adhesive and sealant with permanent flexibility providing superior adhesion. Tixophalte Wet is a plasto-elastic, neutral hardening mastic. It is based on a (thixotropic) high-quality modified bitumen/rubber composition and contains additives, fillers and a non-toxic and non-flammable solvents.
Areas of application
Tixophalte Wet was developed for sealing leaks and making repairs, also to wet surfaces. Adhesion to all types of roofing felts, including APP- and SBS-modified membranes. For waterproof finishing of overlaps, connections and joints of roof edges, chimneys, light domes and bushings for exhaust pipes. Fixing rain water drain systems to the roof. Connection of damp courses and other waterproofing wall details (e.g. inner-walls). Fixing overlaps of roofing felt at rising outer walls.

Shelf life
Store between +5°C and +25°C and in shaded conditions. Shelf life is up to 12 months when stored as recommended in original unopened packaging.
